A soon-to-be permission pool circa 1955 - owner got our waivers in hand as we speak - waiting to exhale.....home sold a few months ago for a cool $55K - that's about $350/mo. all-in including mortgage/taxes/ins. etc....c'mon this is getting ridiculous. When you get bored go meet the neighbors: there are 3 other skateable pools in the same neighborhood - c'mon over its located in, uh....damn, my Alzheimer's is flaring up again....
