Losing the Dream

Been hard to find good pools lately, what with the United Socialized States Government giving away $8K to buy a new home, $4.5K to buy a new car, etc. - all this while our own great state of California keeps sticking it to us with higher State Tax, Sales Tax and every other kind of tax so they can hire more cops/firefighters/city employees while giving the retired ones six-figure pensions:

The socialized home ownership program has reduced the inventory of homes to under one month in the AV from 14 months a year and a half ago when we were scoring these gems:

But with the LA Times reporting that 15.2% of all mortgages in CA are either delinquent or in foreclosure (must have something to do with that 11.9% unemployment rate), I feel some more pools like this permission pool in Lancaster coming in the very near future.......


In the meantime I am going to apply for every State of California job I can find - I hear the City of Vernon needs a new Administrator....

There's a Pack 'tard in my Backyard
